We are in discussion about a project using the NEC3 Professional Service Contract (PSC) and there is a requirement for a parent company guarantee under option X4. is there a form produced by NEC for this?

There are no standard forms for such a guarantee as each organisation tends to use its own version. The version of guarantee required by your potential employer should be set out in the scope, see the wording of clause X4.1 – ‘in the form set out in the Scope’. If there is no form in the scope, you will need to agree the wording with the employer.
