This Frameworks Scotland development comprised new, fit for purpose primary care facilities bringing together two GP practices under one roof with accommodation for Specialist Drug and Alcohol Services, District Nursing, Health Visitors, Health Improvement Team together with a Pharmacy Unit.
The Frameworks Scotland process ensured this was a true community project – creating an attractive and welcoming building that was designed around end-user needs and built by local people. An efficient BREEAM Excellent design also ensured that the building was highly sustainable and fit for the needs of the 21st Century.
