Works are progressing extremely well on site with overall progress sitting in line with programme. The Planned Completion Date has been maintained since the works started on site and risks/issues arising have been dealt with collaboratively within the team.
As planned, the building is now practically wind and watertight in advance of the winter period. From a visual perspective the roof, windows and external blockwork are now complete and the framework is in place to receive the external larch cladding that is to be applied to the elevations of the building.
Internally, partitions are being erected giving a true perception of space whilst the mechanical and electrical contractor is mobilised and standing by to commence their first fix. In parallel with site activity, the Client’s User Group are making good progress refining their equipment lists in line with the budget provision.
