Our Experience

Our team at KD Health have been providing health planning and procurement advice to healthcare capital development projects for over 20 years.  We are recognised as experts in our field and have spoken at conferences around the world on procurement options and effective briefing and procurement of healthcare buildings.

We provide both strategic and practical advice to health and social care providers and their partner organisations to improve services and the environments from which they are delivered.

We strive to contribute to important and challenging projects that seek to enhance the delivery of health and social care services and ultimately improve health outcomes and quality of life.

We have developed a health planning approach that builds on project requirements, recognises accepted best practice, highlights the needs of patients, families, and staff and has an understanding of evidence based design.  This allows us to effectively contribute to the briefing and design development process and maximise the benefits to the end client by including innovative solutions that are compliant with the project requirements.
