As reserve PSCP, BAM Construction hopes to once again serve the NHS through Frameworks Scotland 3. Many NHSScotland Boards will recall selecting us for numerous appointments through the initial Frameworks Scotland and while some of those did not go ahead, we completed 21 separate Frameworks Scotland projects, some as recently as 2017.

Managing and leading complex designs is a fundamental element of BAM’s health sector expertise and on the majority of the 21 projects we completed through Frameworks Scotland, the design teams were selected, managed and led by us to successfully deliver projects which were universally well received by our NHS Board clients.
Our experience of project design and construction extends across many public and commercial building sectors and the number of health, education, office and leisure projects we have designed and built, including some of Scotland’s most recent iconic buildings like the V&A in Dundee, is testament to this success.
We have a track record for delivery on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards expected by our clients, using digital tools extensively to support that process. Our approach to Social Value is always to deliver maximum added value in the communities where we work, broadly seeking to exceed the key SFT Toolkit areas.
